There are no refunds on photography packages. If you book a shoot and cannot make your date, you can reschedule provided you do so within seven business days from the date of your shoot. If we do not receive notice in time we cannot fill that slot, so rescheduling is no longer an option and you will forfeit your deposit or have to pay full rate to rebook.
